Character: Our Pinot Brut Reserve is very elegant and juicy, with a bouquet reminiscent of ripe red berries (currants, raspberries). Fine bubbles on the palate, with nuances of fresh red berries and grapefruit, smoky yeast notes, and racy acidity.

Pairs well with: Oysters, seafood, or ideal on its own as an aperitif.
