2023 Hubertuslay Riesling GG

Character: Our Hubertuslay GG (GG = Großes Gewächs) represents the pinnacle of our dry Riesling range. The grapes come from the “filet” of the Kinheim Hubertuslay, locally known as the “Lay” parcel. Small-berried, aromatic grapes, long yeast storage, and fermentation on the grapes' own yeasts give this dry terroir wine a densely woven, concentrated fruitiness paired with a spicy minerality: a wine with great aging potential. The total quantity is only 600 bottles.

Pairs well with: An excellent accompaniment to aromatic, rich dishes with strong sauces.
