Character: An aromatic, fruity rosé with ripe fruit aromas, cooked berries (strawberry, a hint of raspberry). The typical Moselle kick of acidity and a hint of slate minerality reflect the home of this wine.

Pairs well with: Ideal with grilled seafood, crisp salads with fruity dressing. Marinated spicy poultry or simply as a “Zechwein” in good company on the terrace.
