2023 Alte Reben (old vines) Riesling dry

Character: The grapes come from our oldest and steepest plot in Kinheim's Hubertuslay vineyard. Very aromatic on the nose (vineyard peach, quince, herbs). The taste is very racy with a salty minerality and classic Riesling fruit (apple, citrus, a hint of peach). The typical kick of acidity provides the necessary balance.

Pairs well with: Strong, aromatic dishes, pork or poultry with strong sauces, smoked fish specialties.
