Character: Aromatic, finely selected Auslese with delicate berry tones reminiscent of ripe apricot, mirabelle plum, and a hint of honey. Very long-lasting with a delicate acidity. From the “filet” of the Kinheimer Rosenberg.

Pairs well with: Fruity desserts (apple or peach cake) or fruity, not too sweet sorbets. Also excellent as an aperitif to start a lovely evening.
