Character: Very aromatic on the nose, reminiscent of morels, ripe yellow apples, quince, and has a smoky, spontaneous yeast note. Herbal, delicately fruity on the palate, with peach, mirabelle plum, and a hint of yeast. The delicate sweetness in the finish is very well balanced by a lively acidity.

Pairs well with: An excellent accompaniment to spicy Asian dishes, Indian curries, or simply as an uncomplicated, refreshing drink after a long day.
